Pre-Purchase Questions

I paid for my course, but now I do not know what to do next...

Normally, you should be able to register after the payment is completed. If you were not able to register, please check your email inbox and spam box in the next 15 minutes for registration details.

If you did not get a chance to register after the check out or you did not get an email within 30 minutes after registration, then we can setup an account for you manually. Write to us on the contact page your details and we will adjust your account and approve your purchased course..

I ordered a course before and it worked fine. When I ordered a second course, it is not showing up in my dashboard. What did I do wrong?

You have to be logged in as a member before purchasing a second course. It will then go right into your current account. If you are not logged in, then you may not have access. We can add the course to your membership after payment if you did this mistake on accident or we can cancel your order and you can buy it again from your membership section.

If I get multiple courses can you offer me a discount?

No, unfortunately, we do not offer discounts for bulk purchases and rarely do we give discounts or promotions on our products at this time. In today's world, many people are trained to purchase only when they see a discount. To create a discount many retailers raise prices and then have discounts all the time to lure buyers in. From our point of view, this takes a great deal of work and we would rather keep our products fair priced all of the time, rather than have higher prices most of the time and constantly run promotions.

Why are some courses locked and why can't I purchase some advanced courses such as Day Trading Domination or Trader Transformation?

Certain courses are advanced courses and they may not be right for everyone. For this reason, we have prerequisites and requirements for these courses.

We have found often times it is not a good idea for most people to start with some of these courses as they may be too advanced.

If you believe you are capable of taking the course we can set up a private consultation and make sure the course is right for you.

Am I able to download the course videos to my hard drive?

Unfortunately at this time, our website does not allow the videos to be downloaded to a hard drive. This would require a different system, setup, and more resources driving the course prices higher. This also has some legal license implications on some of the music we use throughout the courses.

After Purchase Questions

I have logged in fine in the past, but now I can not login. What should I do?

Our website counts what devices and locations you logged in from. If you over exceed a certain number or give out your account details it locks you out. There are other reasons on why you may be caught in the firewall.

When I try to play one of the videos online it seems to freeze at 53 seconds, 15 minutes, etc

This may happen sometimes when you have too many plugins, a bad browser, or you have HD turned ON and the compatibility is not working properly on your device.

The first step is to turn HD OFF in your video and see if this solves the problem.

Another option is to go into a clean browser window. If you are using Google Chrome you can open up your browser in Incognito window (which means a private browsing session). This often solves the problem. To go into incognito you can:

  • In the top-right corner of the browser window, click the Chrome menu Chrome menu.
  • Select New Incognito Window.
  • You can also press Ctrl+Shift+N (Windows, Linux, and Chrome OS) and ⌘-Shift-N (Mac).
When I watch the videos online they are better quality on the DVD. Why is that?

DVD resolution is limited to 720x480 (480p) however online we can have much higher quality at 1920x1080 (1080p) so you can get a sharper, clearer view when watching things like stock charts, or diagrams on the screen.

For this reason we recommend watching things online if you are trying to look at very technical data as you will have a much higher picture quality and resolution.

I was not happy with my purchase or I purchased the wrong course. How do I go about getting a refund?

It may happen at times where you are unhappy with your purchase and in this case you can fill out our form to request a refund.

We will let you know the next steps to take such as how to ship the course back and anything else that you may need to do.

Shipping Questions

One of the disks does not play or was damaged during shipping. What should I do?

You can contact us directly by filling out the form on the contact us page and let us know what exactly is damaged or not working. After assessing the situation we will let you know what to do next.

I do not live in the United States. Do I still get all the study guide material and bonuses that come with the courses?

Yes! If you live outside the united states you receive all the videos, study guides, and bonuses. The only difference is you would NOT receive physical copies of the course such as the DVD's, a physical, or other bonuses in a physical way. All of your items would be for online access.

If you would like to have the physical copies and version of your course you can pay for just the additional shipping fees to your country and we would be happy to send you a package. Since our packages are usually big due to the size of our courses some shipping rates may be between $30 to $150 depending on your location. You can contact us to get a direct quote after your initial order.

I still want the physical course DVD's and books, but I do not live in the United States. Can you still ship it to me?

We can ship it to most countries, however this would include a surcharge due to the weight of the packages and custom forms required.

A 3 disk (3 DVDs) course set and study guide can often times be shipped to most countries for around $30 USD.

If you are looking to purchase a larger course, we can usually ship up to 15 disks (DVD's) for $80 USD to most countries. (Canada for $65 USD). This covers the shipping fees to you along with the fees if the package is undelivered. Please make sure your address is verified in PayPal.

To send the additional payment you can send it by PayPal to sasha@rise2learn.com and include a note for "international shipping for [your invoice #]". This is the easiest way for us currently to process international orders.
